DVC'ers....what does your screen name mean?

mikesmom88

My DS Michael (my one and only) and the year he was born

I tried mikesmom but it was already taken

Great thread. After reading these, I must admit that I am not very creative on this sort of thing. I chose my first name and initial of last name.

Walt Disney World Soap or Shampoo - WDWSOS :)

Mickey SOS for Kids

I've been collecting soap and shampoos since 1995 for the kids at Children's Hospital and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. We've done over 8000 "goodie bags" to date.

To the OP, thanks for giving me the opportunity to plug my cause. :)

Hiya, I'm carone0318. I would normally tell people car - one, but it is really just the first letter of my first name (Casey - like the great hot dog place on Main Street) and my last name. The numbers are my anniversary, which is coming up and it will be 9 yrs - WOW! All of my user ids are carone0318. Car-one has grown on me. My signature is Eeyorefan though, huh wonder why?

I like Caskbill's the best. I had to click on the web site and I did and just went eewwwhhh! But you are right, you have the customer service rate!!!

And I have to say that I couldn't help but laugh when I read Bubble Boy, that was a great episode - you the Moops!

I'm a bit embarrassed about my name ... I was at the store buying some "magic" to wash away the gray. The box I picked up was a shade called "Calypso". One of the reasons I was dying my hair was in preparation for Girl Scout Day Camp where I volunteer every year as a leader. We all use camp names and the current theme was "tropical". I thought about my new haircolor and decided to use Calypso as my camp name. When registering for the board, I decided to use Calypso as well but to make it kind of fun and add *a*go-go. So no, I'm not an exotic dancer ... just a stay-at-home mom trying to be hip!

TDC stands for "Trimobius Disney Cabinet," a satiric sort of group that was actively recruiting on the newsgroup rec.arts.disney.parks some time ago.

I wanted the name of a Lion King character, and there aren't many female ones. My friends think I should have chosen "Shenzi."

Mine is sort of a combination between Song of the South, and the TV show "Family Ties". There was a particular episode where Alex is coaching Mallory for her appearance on a High Shool Quiz show.
He asks "Rome was founded by Romulus and--??"
She responds--'Uncle Rhemus??"
So Uncleromulus was born!!

LOL! After seeing your screen name so many times, I had convinced myself that it was in fact "Uncle Romulus" who was in Song of the South!

twotoohappy.....

It's just me and my dd and the two of us are just too happy!

wdwsos - I've got a large bag of soaps from the Contemporary from Dec. that I'll be donating for the kids:teeth:

su = Susan
nan = Nancy

We are sisters (who live 500 miles apart), marathon running buddies, soon to be co-DVC owners (BWV), and all around fun-loving partners in crime.

We could have gone with either "sunan" or "nansu," but decided it was better to sound like "Conan the Barbarian" than Ginsu knives.

(Our signature photo is the "nansu" version. I could have flipped the image, but "NASA" would have come out "ASAN.")

Ours is also self-explanatory...also an easy user name for DH to remember!

My name is Mickey, so I am a real Mickey. I am not claiming to be "The" real "Mickey", just "A" RealMickey! ;)

I like this thread!

Mine comes from our habit of working at the local Renaissance Festival. For many years, my husband was the evil duke on the royal court, and had a lot of time to develope a "family" history, and a "family" crest--a black unicorn sinister on a field of peacock blue.

Two - 30 something year old Big Disney Kids who can't get enough magic. Especially now since we use the 11 & 5 year old DK's as an excuse go again!
