Never thought re clearing cookies..
But on the chance that that is not the problem allow a brief rant re this site. I’m no Luddite but I can say that after comparing experiences this morning with trying for over an hour, right at the 8 AM window, to book online, and then working with a real life cast member to help me, I much prefer the latter!
I realize that running a tech service to disney clients is beyond a massive undertaking, but they really shouldn’t offer one at all if it isn’t more effective.
