Can someone else try going to the website and tell me what happens? I am a new DVC member, and have been able to log into the web site for about 2 weeks. This morning, when I go to www.dvcmember.com it says that I need to register. I've already done that before, so I don't want to re-enter everything because I'm afraid it will mess something up.

What do you get when you try to go to the homepage?

I can log in. If you were previously able to log in and cannot do so now, what has likely happened is that their update of the site screwed up your ability to log in. You just need to call MS to have them reinstate your log-in info.

You might try deleting your browser cookies. That helped me once.
