Hi - Yesterday was not a magical day for me. I tried to log into the Disney iPhone app to put in my dining reservations,etc. After calling support, I finally was able to access it successfully. That done, I went to my computer and tried to log into the DVC website to read about the new perks, especially D23. It required me to link my accounts (which I think I've done before) but even after calling DVC support, they couldn't help me. It isn't the first time I've had the problem. Was told that the upgrade they installed fixed this, but it has only occurred since the upgrade. Spoke to a supervisor to share my view that despite upgrades, they aren't getting this computer thing correct. It makes me worry about what else will go wrong once we have to start doing everything online if you want a chance to get a dining reservation, room reservation, fastpass, etc. Now told I have to wait 3-5 business days for someone to get back to me.
