DVC Web Site Problems?

Unfortunately, I've tried that too! Thanks for the suggestion, though! And to the other poster, we are definitely using our email addresses that we've used from the beginning. They used to work, so I have no idea what my pin is either!

If you need your pin number, you can call MS and ask for it. They will be able to provide you with the info you need (after verifying your member info, of course).
 
I also have been having problems for the past week. Tried all kinds of things. Glad to know it's not just me!
 
I have been trying for weeks. In fact I verified all my info with MS and it still doesn't work. Being a new member I'd like to see what's there, but I'm getting too fustrated to try any more:sad2:
 

My problem has been that every time I try to log in it takes me to the registration page and treats me as a new member. I've been on it for a while!

I just spoke with member services, and she told me that quite a few people have been having trouble and that the web service guys are working on it. She recommended trying back in a few hours.
