DVC Waiting Lists

My wife and I are planning to go 2/18/07 thru 2/25/07. All DVC resorts right now are book for studio rooms most nights during that stay. I even tried to piece together swapping from one resort to another but there are still a few days not available. Saying all of that I have put are names down on a waiting list for any of DVC resorts that may come available. Do you think we have any luck getting a studio anywhere? Has anyone ever not got anything when on a waiting list? When should I panic?

Your questionmay be better answered on the DVC boards. I would not worry yet, but it is a good idea to have a fall back. We have gotten our waitlist in the past up to 2 weeks prior to the trip. Anything could happen and good luck.
