When you say meaningful input, I assume that meant agreed with you. It seemed you were upset when most people felt that your principle was wrong, that DVD's stance was reasonable and c/w standard finance procedures and that asking for more financial info was reasonable on their part. And it's not even a year, it's down to 9 months or so now if I read correctly. Don't get me wrong, I may have had the same initial reaction as you did and I can spend money based on principle at time but I would have been wrong if I did in this example.
