DVC Tax statement

I'm sorry if this has already been asked but has anyone received the 2009 Tax stuff for DVC? I am one of those people who do my taxes early so I can pay for the kids camps and the down payment for next years school tuition. I have not recieved mine yet. Have you?

The only "tax stuff" you should receive is a 1099-INT for any interest paid on a DVC mortgage. They are supposed to be sent by 1/31/10.

Property taxes paid at DVC resorts are included in our annual dues statement - you will not recieve anything about that separately - since you did not directly pay it to the county. Be sure to use the "actual" taxes paid and not the estimated.

For some reason I remember it not going out till late last year. I just like to give my tax guy all my stuff and have him do it early. That may be the only thing I'm missing.

We're actually getting our taxes done on February 1st and I seriously am doubting that we'll receive it by then. I'm going to call Member Services today to see if they can give me the pertinent information. Here's hoping...

I called member services yesterday about the 1098's. They told me it was being mailed Monday and I should have it by the end of the week.

I was able to go under the member site and look under loans, it tells you your interest paid per payment there...we are newer members so have only paid a few payments, was easy to see the total interest paid... I was able to gain the property tax info from the members dues bill, it broke it out from the rest of the amounts.

I came on to ask this same question...are you supposed to recieve a tax document from Disney each year?
...now I know my answer and guess I am hijacking a thread...so I guess I wont be getting it until after the 1st of February...
