Snarky comment aside, as with many things in life, the learning curve various depending on circumstance and need.
Ours changed very soon after buying DVC which necessitated the crash course into areas I wouldn't have bothered with
otherwise, such as renting.
Now if I was going to be snarky, like you, I'd have said something like....you impress easily.
I truly wasn't trying to be snarky. You bought 300 Riviera points direct and several hundred in Grand Floridian, and you haven't been to WDW in 25 years by your own admission. Most of your comments are about how to craft a rental agreement, or renting x number of points, but somehow more points always pop up "if needed". I don't care that you've set yourself up a little rental business, but let's please not pretend we rent once in awhile when the class schedule doesn't work out for your wife. I think most people here will never find common ground if we aren't honest about our intentions.
