DVC Site not working for me

I mean I like Rex from Toy Story and the 7 Dwarves, but what do I need to do to keep the site from crashing when trying to book a reservation?
It's been like this for the past 2 days. I can't search for availability - this is all I get:

Try the ‘private browsing’ feature on firefox or chrome this brings up a session with nothing from any other web sites

Yeah - I tried that. Tried my laptop chrome, laptop chrome incognito, ipad and iphone

Been getting the same error for 3 days now. Just tried incognito window and didn't seem to work either.

I was getting that a few days ago. Used the back button and it would take me to the page it was supposed to go to when it error'd out. Just Disney IT making it a longer ride.

I kept on getting an error when I tried to book ANYTHING. I ended up calling member services and after an hour wait, I had them make me a reservation. I am now modifying my reservation for my dates. I can modify the reservation member services made for me with no problem, i just can't book anything.
