It’s free up to a certain number of requests then cuts off for 24 hours. The more things you want to do, the speedier you want it to process, the deeper quality, etc. There are different price tiers.

For some reason yesterday I kept getting chatgpt messages that it couldn’t create my request due to guard rails for 3rd party material. So it wouldn’t complete and show me, but I found the results in my account pictures there.

I keep getting that message also. It will suddenly realize that it's Mickey Mouse's head and freak out over copywrite.

After running out of Chatgpt freebies I looked at the paid options. Went back a few hours later and refreshed and it’s now showing me I can get the $20/month free for the first month, cancel anytime. Very tempting!

I was going to do that too after looking thru all the pricing tiers, but gave it some time to think over. When I came back it changed the $20 option to free for a month (no deal on the $8/month one).

Figured might as well take the free one for now, it is cancel anytime. Marked my calendar for late Feb to either downgrade to $8 or cancel.

That must be it! The first version it made had a mickey compass that was nice but a little AI ‘funky’. So I asked to include mickey compass with the same previous request. Can’t say Mickey lol. Can only imply.

@VGCgroupie Sorry to break the link to the image in your signature. I wasn't happy with the shape of the ears that AI created (especially seeing it side-by-side with the others), so I did a little work on making the ears match the other images better. Go back to the post where I originally posted that image. The one that replaced it is a better version.

I wouldn't ask it to do anything with Mickey. Just say something like create a DVC logo with a castle... it would go to work making it and suddenly scold itself for third party content. Or make it with a Mickey head that I didn't ask for... and not say anything, like in my signature. It's fickle.
