We recieved a letter from Jim Lewis and DVC today and was wondering if anyone else had gotten it. The letter included a link to a DVC survey about satisfaction. It stated that we had be randomly selected for participation. I thought it had some rather unusual questions such as were our maintenance fees appropriate and how many times we planned to use our home resort. is this a common type thing? We are new and will not even use our membership until January. just curious as to if anyone else has gotten this letter.:confused3
 
I recieved it and I am going to do the survey now...I was actually happy to get it because everytime changes are made within the DVC program they state the changes were made bc of member feedback...so I would like to see what the questions are like and want to see the final effects...BRB...gonna do the survey
 
I received the same letter. I might do it tomorrow. Any more hints on the questions or what opportunities there are to add comments.

There were some questions about MS and it was made very plain that it was not talking about the resorts just the MS by phone. There were also questions about the DVC website and its ease of use as well as how I would prefer to make my reservations. When I stopped laughing at that one I continued with the survey.I flunked that one because the site does not even list BLT as a choice for anything including ADRs. I just wish I had found out about the Valet Parking BEFORE I did our survey.
