been on hold for 15 minutes, but i'm staying put! But, the audio keeps talking about dining reservations. Hope i didnt accidentally push the wrong button on my phone!

330rd time is the charm! Whew! 328 busy signals, 1 time got through to Disney Dining and was sure it was a mistake so I hung up, but decided to check the DIS advice and the 2nd time I was lucky enough to get through I hung in there. Twenty one minutes on hold and we have a reservation. Don't give up!

Got through about 20 minutes ago. On hold for 18 min. Made a reservation for two on the 27th. Yeah!

After an hour, 100 redial attempts, and 30 minutes on hold, I finally was able to book 4 adults for Sept 27th! Yay!!!

What is the "special transportation" some people are mentioning? I was just told that buses would be running??

MS CM noted it on our reservation that we needed bus transportation to the party (I'm assuming from the party too!!). We're at GF the resort so I was told to check-in at GFV and get the bus from there.

It might be a good idea to call back another day and see if they can "add" the transportation request to your confirmation #. I may be off base here, but I think the reason they are adding transportation request to the reservations is so that they can staff and make sure enough buses are available.

Wow.. I just switched to Disney travel from Disney dinning... I didn't push anything, I just got switched. Yikes. I'm starting to worry again.

In for Sept 6, for three of us. Was on hold from 9:52-10:10. CM said she had had nothing but Safari calls since they opened!!!

Sat on hold for 30 min then had to hang up to go to a meeting. Still can't get through on the Member Services number, so going through the main dining line. Hoping that will work.

20 minutes of redialing with busy signal. On hold for 15 minutes, but got the 27th for two people.

Got through on the 12th attempt. On hold for almost 30 minutes. Booked our party of 4 for Sept. 27 in about 3 minutes.

Just booked for the 13th. On hold 30 minutes. I asked how many people would be attending the party and she didn't know.. Oh well! Didn't hurt to ask! I am now on hold again because I ordered but never received our DVC Member Card. They say that hold will be 30 minutes as well.
