The one that always kills me is how relatively small the 3BR is at VB as compared to the other GV properties. And yet, that has to be about the best DVC room of them all. Size is important, but it isn't everything.

I toured a 3 bedroom beach cottage at Vero a couple years ago and just love them Jimbo-----nothing beats being right on the beach like that. It seemed so private. They sure seem like they're alot bigger than what is posted.

The beach cottages at Vero are an absolute delight. They may not be the largest ( is the decking included in the area? I doubt it) but they have a well thought out layout.
