What kind of room discounts come out for DVC members? If any?

Are they equivalent to the AP discounts?

When available, the Member cash discount is 25% off of rack rates at DVC Resorts only.

Resort Discounts for Passholders (when available) can range from 15% to 35% off depending on Resort.
