DVC Reward Tier - Ideas

That's sort of what I mean?

In the rules, it isn't that points are dirty or clean, it's that whole contracts are dirty or clean. I don't see how they can clean individual points in the rules, even if they wanted to.

The only way I can see to do this is swap for developer points, which is sort of how they do one time points. They have developer points sure, but this hardly seems like how they want to spend them.

Using their own points, like they did for owners who lost banked points during the shut down.

They have plenty of unsold points to do this with because it would be like OTU points…just at 7 months.

Plus, the points that are restricted, go back to DVC to use for booking to replace their own points that are eligible everywhere. TBH, I think that if they ever want to have a fee system in place, it will be for individual reservations and not an upgrade of all your points for future uses

"Back in the Day," the minimum buy in at OKW was 230 points . :rolleyes1 :) And we got park passes until the end of 1999.
Had forgotten it was that larger number. The passes had our attention but, the mr didn’t want to finance. Took me over 10 years to save up the $. I appreciated it all the more once we finally hit the mark
Well, my initial purchase was 230 points, and between then and 1996, did 3 add-ons, so total points are 345 now. Average price direct was $53.50 per point. And no closing costs.
Sounds like a great investment to me. No regrets. Ours would cost anywhere from 1/2 to 2/3rd more now.
