i am currently on hold for the number ending in 5277 an I rapidly dialing the wdisney number on another phone. This is so ridiculously bad. Disney handled this VERY poorly

My anger is growing by the minute. There are people on facebook saying how they have made new resort and park reservations this morning while those of us who have had resort reservations are being jerked around. Disney has really screwed us over. I talked to a friend who is a travel agent and he said a lot of his clients aren't even going to go to Disney because of all this.

Right?! I don't understand this. But other people who don't have a reservation already are booking trips, buying tickets and making park reservations.

Yeah I can make a new reservation right now and get tickets, I might too just for my RunDisney event and then book another trip later in the year, I don't understand why its being done this way

Has ANYONE been able to confirm they had a 2021 DVC reservation booked with POINTS and were able to add tickets to it today?

No but they are for 2021

So far there has been no one with room only who has been allowed to add tickets without having to cancel and book a new package.

Keeping an eye on cash forums to see...if we start seeing tickets added to room only via phone, then DVC should be allowed to as well.

If not, then it is definitely not the right move on Disney’s part for 2021 because if you open tickets at all, it should be everyone.

I just got through to that # but it dropped me when I said I need to buy tickets. Trying again.

So I finally got through....talked to a cast member.....and she told me I could NOT buy tickets today for a DVC Resort room only reservation. I have to wait until Sunday, June 28th. She said I could buy a package (room and tickets) today only. I asked her to please try since it says a room only reservation should be able to add tickets today....and she said that does not apply to DVC room reservations....only those resort reservations that can be upgraded to a package. So that is 3 1/2 hours of my life I cannot get back. So disappointing!!
