DVC Resorts and Disney Dining

Hello All,
When my wife and I took our first trip to WDW in 2007 we went during Sep and received the DDP free with our package (room and park tickets). My question is; are members of DVC allowed the free DDP if offered? I asume you would have to purchase tickets but would that be the only stipulation because you are staying onsite?

Yes, DVC members are welcome to take advantage of the free dining when offered by making a cash reservation thru CRO just like anyone else.

However, since it is not a DVC program (only available thru CRO) the free dining is not available for reservations made thru MS - cash or points.

The free dining is only available with a full price room through CRO. DVC rooms are not full price so are not eligible.
