DVC Resort Parking Question

...and it doesn't have to do with the parking fees!

We are travelling to Disney over the holidays with another family. Each of us are DVC members, but we are staying at two different resorts.

We are going to be spending a lot of time going back and forth between the two locations... Is there an easy way to avoid any hassles with the security gates? Is it possible to link the two reservations or something similar?

Nope. If you can put one person from each booking on the other, that would work. But otherwise, you will need to be passing through and not expecting to park back and forth. They enforce parking at holiday, as you can imagine.

BWV, Poly and BLT are the only resorts that may be a hassle. You should be able to have the guard just scan your magic band.

Any old magic bands that you could each share one with the other group? All you need is one from any of your group to give to the other and vice versa.

This did cross my mind... But knowing my luck, the band would have an issue at the automatic gate and the guard would have to scan it. Then notice that I am not the person whom the band belongs to. Then the police are called...

Yes, I am a little bit paranoid... but my luck would be that the worst possible thing to happen would be what happened.

You could always test it first. Nor would police be called. You might be called to verify but not the police.

You can't say that without experiencing my luck first hand... It's amazing how quickly things go from problem > crisis > ***?

I do appreciate the help though. And will probably go in this direction... Luckily one of the resorts involved is OKW. So I expect they will be a little less stringent on the parking issues.
