DVC Reservation viewable on My Disney Vacation

Once you customize your map, click continue on the bottom right, You should then get pop us to place your order. You have to repeat the same process to place maps for all 4 parks.

This is very frustrating. I customized my maps, and I only have a print at the bottom right. No continue. I want my maps.. Maybe I'm just going crazy. If anyone has any ideas, I could use the help.
