What are some resellers that people have used? I have been looking on The Timeshare store but and lookin for some more options to try and find what I want.

We used www.**********.com. Jaki/**** were great/ It was my first purchanse, but not my last. Jaki answered all my questions and also called me to keep me updated. I bought a small point contract to get my feet wet and plan to add on. I am now on my last step ..... waiting to close.

I also used and strongly recommend Jaki with www.**********.com I told her what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. Within a week, she found me a resale at Saratoga Springs. I paid $65 a point for a fully loaded 160 point contract.

We used The Timeshare Store (Scot) and were quite pleased. Whatever route you go, I suggest you call and talk to them. Ask lots of questions and let them know what you want. Some of the better contracts never make it to the web site listings.

they have been selling DVC resales for 15 years and know the product and can push the process along quickly. they are professional and conduct great communication with both their buyers and sellers.

I made an offer on a contract through GMAC - and then found out their closing costs have administrative fees attached.

Their closing costs were $300.oo higher than other realtors.

**** ***** was very nice and helpful, although I did not end up purchasing from him.

I used dvcbyresale . com , everything worked out great. They were not in the habit of letting me know what was happening every step of the way, but were very responsive when I called or emailed with a question.

They were very helpful in helping deciding how many points we should buy and selecting home resort.
I noticed that my contract closed alot--I mean a few weeks-- faster than others here who used other companies who submitted contracts the same time as us. They called or emailed the day they got each step done and got us closed very fast which we appreciated very much.

Another 2 thumbs up for Jaki & **** (and thanks Ed for recommending them to me last year!) I found Jaki much more proactive than other resellers. Also they have access to GMAC listings and when we bought a GMAC listing, Jaki was able to get some $ off their "administrative fee"--I think it was around $175 off?
