DVC Resale Question

When we joined DVC, Vero Beach was the deal of the day. I honestly didn't know at the time that you could buy the resort you really wanted through resale...but as they say hindsight is 20:20. I'm seriously thinking of putting my Vero points up for resale and then buying into BCV or BWV. However, our "routine" is to stay at the World for 10 days or so and then head to Vero to relax before flying home. So my question is this, if I put my Vero points up for resale, do I need to sell them all or can I just sell part or them?

If you have one contract with X points, then you will have to sell all of the points as a package. You cannot split one contract into multiple contracts. If you bought multiple contracts to acquire your current total number of points, you can sell them all or only one of them at a time.
