DVC resale just trying to get some things straight

We used Lightstream and I would highly recommend. We were going to wait a few more months and pay cash but I got impatient We decided to buy now and just do a little short term financing.
Anyhoo, response time was super fast. They needed to talk to DH and myself to answer a few questions and we each had to upload a paystub. They just put the money right into your specified bank account so your basically a 'cash buyer' as far as the timeshare company is concerned. Our rate is 5.99% and a few months of interested is worth it to me.

You do have to have pretty good credit for Lightstream but if you do it is an easy process.

We have rented points. I was really just trying to totally understand how things work before making the purchase. I had read that it was not a good value to use at other disney properties and would not do that.

You should do the DVC presentation as well. That will help give you more info and without the pressure to buy.
