DVC Rental/FP+ question

Hi all. I have a DVC Rental for December. I added the Reservation Confrimation # to my MyDisneyExperience (MDE) app. I bought my tickets last week before the price increase, and received them in the mail yesterday. I added the tickets to my MDE app, assigning each ticket to one person in my family.

This will be our first trip using FastPass+, so I started poking around my MDE app on how to make FP+ reservations. One thing I noticed is that the app is only letting me look 30 days in advance. Is this normal? How do I make it show me 60 days in advance, since I will be staying on property? If I go online to the MDE website, the same behavior happens ... just 30 days of "Party Eligible Date".

There is a step in the MDE app that says "Link a Disney Resort Room with Tickets" When I do that and enter my reservation confirmation #, the app says "Resort Reservation ... This reservation is already linked to an account. Please enter a different ID number or call (407) 939-4357 for assistance".

Before I called for help, I figured I'd ask here to see if I was doing something wrong, or if what I am seeing is normal. Thank you in advance.

I should have added a caveat: sometimes when the MK is open late the booking window opens later. Here is a thread (nothing is ever too easy, is it!):
