DVC Rental and online check-in

If you rent DVC points are you able to do online check-in? I keep getting an error message. My ressie is pulled up, but I'm not able to check-in. TIA

Yes, renters can use the on-line check-in. From the posts I've seen, there seems to be issues with some reservations that cause errors during the on-line check-in process. This is happening to members also. There is no solution to the error except to check-in in person at the front desk.

Thank you! We do have a split ressie so maybe that is the issue. I don't mind waiting in line.

Yes, that is the issue. Split reservations cause issues with online check-in.
