What do we recieve if we refer a new member who joins? How long does it take to get the referral gift after they send in their paperwork?

It depends upon where you live, many states are not eligible to receive anything. If you live in a state that allows it, the first referral will give you a $200 gift card, or credit toward annual dues.

As far as how long, I've heard it can take quite some time...but as Texas is not eligible, I have no personal experience with it.

If you are in a state that allows it, you should be contacted once the new member's contract closes.

In most cases, this is a month to two months after they agree to buy.

You will be notified of the referral reward when it becomes available. If you check the members website under sharing the magic the reward will be posted. Just make sure that the primary individual on the DVC account is registered to the site or he reward will not show up.We found this out the hard way. We had a reward available in July and knew nothing about it until we recieved a letter from our guide in October telling us that the reward was available. It did not show on the site until DH registered on the DVC site.Once we accepted the reward it took about 45 days for it to arrive via Fedex.
