DVC Prices Direct - Anyone have current prices?

Hi all,

Does anyone have some up to date prices for buying DVC direct?

I'm almost certain that I want to go the resale route given I only want it for use at WDW and my favored home resort is SSR, but I just want an idea on what deals they're offering for direct purchases.
