DVC points. How to rent/trade

I am a new member to this site & a dvc member to boot. I did not think that you could rent or trade unused points could anyone tell a confused Limey how this works & will I get in trouble with DVC if I do rent some out

You can not rent them as a COMMERCIAL venture, but renting a few of your points is not against rules as long as you don't run it as a buisiness.
