We are trying to budget for our first disney trip and would like to stay in a one bedroom at Boardwalk Villas from May 17-24. We would have to check out the 24. So I have a couple of questions. When is check out time? Would I have to buy seven days or just six because we are checking out that day? And about how much per point will we be paying? From my estimations it seems that we would need to buy 210 points, is this right?

Check out time is usually 11:00 AM. We generally check out and leave our bags with bell services and hit the park and fly home at night. This would be a 7 night stay...you are correct in a standard view 1 bedroom it would be 210 points and 252 points for prefferred view. Standard view rooms make up a small portion of the rooms so you may want to start looking for an owner soon to book. Cost wise...well, thats all over the board depending on who you rent from and the status of the points.....You could pay as little as $1680 to $2730 for the standard view room....anywhere from $8 to $13 a point. Another way people make their vacation time seem longer (in addition to staying late on day 7) is to get there as early as possible on day 1. I'm in SoCal and its not unheard of us to catch a red-eye the night before, arrive at 6am, grab breakfast, check-in and drop off our luggage and then make our way to the park that opens the earliest.

Of course things have changed a bit now that we have little ones
