DVC point renting options

Well-I sent in a request to add DME to our reservation-expecting to take a few days to get confirmation. Wow is response fast! I believe this partly depends on the owner as well, but maybe we lucked out with both a great company and responsive owner! DVC rental store.

I've rented points three times, all through owners I found here on the DIS DVC boards. They have all been a great experience- friendly owners who are Disney fans and happy to make my plans come true. I am especially psyched about our next rental: AK Jambo House, savanna view! I have always wanted to stay here but couldn't justify the expense during a theme park trip. DH and I will be staying 2 nights in July without park tickets. We are going to enjoy AKL as a resort, not a place to sleep when not in a theme park. I will wake up with the giraffes at my window on my 61st birthday! (i know, no guarantee, but still... )
