Top of the Rent/Transfer board there is a section that will take you to the membership page.

Hi there - we've been renting point for YEARS. We started off with a private person years ago and then migrated to Davids and haven't looked back. #1 they have a customer service team that is wonderful and very responsive. We have probably rented from them 10+ times now.
There are pros & cons, and different places offer different types of options in terms of payment terms and maybe insurance and whatnot. Good idea to do your research cause not everything is refundable or flexible.
For us it works great, and we've never had a bad experience. We've toyed around with the idea of buy DVC several times over the years and every time we do the math we come out way ahead by renting points. Grant it - going to WDW isn't our major vacation destination, more of a 4 night getaway in winter, and so we go when we can fit it in. Sometimes a bit last minute. Sometimes around work travel. It's just the two of us and 9 times out of 10 we get the resort we want.
