DVC Point Rental Contract? HELP!

Do any DVC owners out there who have rented their points have a rental agreement/contract template they use? I need some help figuring out what should be in the rental agreement. I specified some terms in my post on the rent/trade board, but now that I have someone who wants the points, I need something more formal to close the transaction. Can anyone here help?

Usually the member provides the contract, not the non-member.

A word of caution. The contract is a binding legal document and what you pick up on the internet may or may not protect the owner from legal action should something happen beyond their control.

You might want to review the **How to use this Board** thread at the top of the Rent/Trade Board. There are some good suggestions there about due diligence for potential renters.
