Is it possible to download Caskill's dvcplanner? I know he has sadly passed but can anyone help? All links I have found fail at a 401/404 Web page error. Would anyone have a copy they could share?

I don't think anyone has been maintaining it. I used to use it all the time. Was a great planner tool.
