DVC Passholder Email from WDW....

This a.m. I received a special email for DVC annual passholders. I am trying to access thru the link which takes you to WDW website. I am wondering if others are experiencing trouble logging in? It is not accepting my last set of numbers which for example should be Trans 24 (according to the example). Strange! and I wanted to access the 35% Discount on rooms. TIA:confused3
 
I have this exact same log-in problem about 50 percent of the time, and it usually occurs in the morning. Good luck!
 
I had the same problem. I e-mailed WDW and got this response:

To update your Annual Pass information.

1. Sign in with your e-mail address and password
2. Click on Update Profile
3. Click on Edit Passholder Ticket Information
4. Click Remove
5. When it asks you "Are you sure you want to remove this pass?, Click
Remove.
Your screen will then change to Add Your New Walt Disney World Pass.
6. Enter Passholder name and Choose a Pass Type
7. Enter your new Passholder number (WEC ### ## ## ## 235) and click
Add Pass or hit the enter button.

The 235 on my ticket was the last 3 numbers on the line, not the number right after the date.
 
I just e-mailed WDW last night because I can't attach my AP to my profile at all. I fill in all the information and it just returns to the same screen.
