DVC owner question about multiple contracts

I am trying to figure out if I would be utilizing my 1 transfer if I moved my Saratoga points into my account with my Vero Points.

It depends.

If your SSR and VB contracts have the same use year, and are under the same membership number, they will be treated as one contract at the 7 month window and the points won't have to be "transferred." You can not transfer points between contracts under the same membership number, and there would be no advantage to doing so, as transferred points are supposed to retain their orignal home resort and use year.

If your VB and SSR contracts are different use years, or under separate membership numbers, then yes, it would use up your transfer for the year.

Remember, your SSR points will still be SSR points even if you transfer them to your VB contract until you are 7 months out from your reservation. If you are transferring them to get a home resort advantage, it shouldn't happen.
