DVC online check-in question

My online check-in date is next week, so here is my question:
I have two separate reservations (3 nights BWV/3 nights AKV) that are not linked together. Can I do online check-in for BWV on the 10 day mark and then do online check-in for AKV on that 10 day mark? I know people were having problems with linked reservations, but wasn't sure about my situation. Thanks for any help

Does each have it's own confirmation number? If so, you should be able to complete on-line check-in.

I believe members are having issues when they have a single travel plan number that has multiple segments associated with it.

Yes, two separate reservation numbers. I thought I could do both, but wanted to make sure.
