DVC Offer Accepted...We need some Pixie Dust

Hello all............A private owner listed his week at OKW for $71/pt with all of his 250 2006 points available

We offered him $74 a point and he accepted. He also agreed to no maintenace fee reimbursement.

We know this is right on the bubble if not slightly below the bubble to have Disney exercise the dreaded ROFR.

If everyone can send us some pixie dust we would really appreciate it. We are going to need it on this one. It will be a week or so before it is submitted to Disney while we get everything going with the closing company.

We would be first time owners and really want t ofeel the magic

I think you have a chance. You certainly would not have had a chance at 71, no matter what your "thrifty" instincts might have been.
