DVC membership problem with DDP

I just got off the phone with member service to add quest name and ddp. After adding the names and they tried to add the ddp for me, but ran into some problems. had me on hold few times for like 15min. and then finally came back and said they have to call me back. I asked what is the problem and all he said was something with my membership that is not letting him add the ddp. And that his supervisor is looking into it and will call me back. Anyone had similar issue? I told them I didn't really care about the ddp, but they better not lose my room reservation.

Problems seem to pop up more with the new system then the old. Lead names seems to have problems and we have had reservations canceled and re-booked in order to get our KTTW cards to print.

Well this is something I have not heard of before. Can you explain more please? Do you mean there are problems with certain first names, or with who is named first on the reservation? Either way, why would that block DDP?

They didn't say... they kept putting me on hold and then finally they said they will have to call me back. I ask is there anything wrong with my reservation and all they're saying is they don't know why system is not letting them add the ddp. So i said to just leave it and i'll add it online. He said that if they can't do it, chances are I won't be able to add it either. They did not mention anything about the names, just that they don't know why my membership account is not letting them add it. They still have not call me back. I checked online this morning, my ressie and names still on there, but no ddp and no phone call.
