DVC Membership not showing up in MDE

My DVC membership is not showing up in MDE (and not for my husband either). It was there yesterday after we paid the deposit but now it's gone. And because it's not there, we can't access our digital membership card either. Is there a way add it or do I need to call Member Services to get this fixed? (We bought direct through Disney and used the same emails as we have for our MDE accounts). Thanks for any help!

Same happened to us - after our first direct contract - it will return

You should be able to to access the card on the member sight
