DVC Membership agreement & resort agreement?

Hi. We are signing the closing documents for our resale purchase and one of them references that we agree to the DVC membership agreement and the resort agreement. We were not provided a copy of these things and our broker says we cannot get them, either - they don't have access to them We're very uncomfortable signing to agree to something that we haven't read. What is in these contracts? Would anyone be willing to share who is an owner already? Thanks!

ETA: I found one for Aulani online, which is close enough, I suppose.

Just google membership agreement and the name of the resort. Each resort has its own membership agreement. These documents are not hard to find.

They are publicly posted by Disney. The Saratoga one was the second Google result.

Sign of a very poor broker, IMO. Those documents are available online. Sad that your broker's company doesn't know that and can't/won't provide them to the buyers. Good for you for wanting to see them before you sign. Way too many people do not read the documents they are asked to sign. Good way to get yourself in trouble.

Those are very interesting to read. I know it takes a lot of Money to operate the resorts but was still surprised by how much money they figure it takes to operate and maintain each resort for the year.
