Originally from Disneyland country in Southern California, but now reside (for the last 11 years) in Sunny South Florida :cool:
 
When we first purchased DVC we were from OH but now we are an hour away from the Mouse!
 
I belong to the happy few that come from France (11 families when we bought our first 150 points in year 2000.)

OK, we are not so popular at the moment in the US, but so far we nly had wonderful experiences when coming back "home away from home"!

The addition of the Mid-atlantic category makes this much more accurate. I think NJ was embedded in the East category before, which wasn't as specific. Thanks.
 
It's not surprising for me to see so many DVC owners from New Jersey...per capita we seem to have more than our fair share....BUT as home to some of highest real estate prices in the country, (northern NJ anyway)...

Your $15 K (or so) membership cost to join DVC would seem to be relatively speaking much less of a burden to people from a town where average home prices are $600 K here in NJ versus $200K "somewhere in the midwest".

What do you think?
