DVC members do they pay for Magical Express??

I was told by my tour guide that we have to pay out of pocket to get picked up by Magical Express, but read somewhere else on the boards today that you don't have to....

Magical Express is available at no expense to all WDW resort guests- this includes DVC members staying on points.
