Oh dear.

Yesterday I was trying to find the info on each of the resorts (floor plans). Went to one of the normal spots it used to be and wow. It took me almsot 10 minutes since it's now instead of providing members info on the resorts it's becomes first a sales section for DVC and then takes some drilling down to find the floor plans. Each update makes the website less usable IMO. Pretty though. And that's always been Disney's flaw with their websites. They forget to make them work correctly first and go for the pretty pictures instead.

You can modify the reservation online. No need to call anymore just to do that unless your using transferred points or need to buy OTUP.

Just logged on and site is up and working. Don't know how long it has been back or if it ever went down.

I think they took it down just now. In middle of my booking, it goes down. I have not been able to log back in.

It goes down every single night at 2am eastern. They do more "maintenance" than any website I've ever used. I'm west coast so that's 11pm for me and a time that frequently get time to do things. It's terribly annoying for my timing but it is what it is. Sometimes it's down for a few minutes but 10-20 minutes is pretty consistent.

Is anyone else having trouble doing early check-in? I have a 3 bedroom at HHI beginning next week (within 10 days) and keep getting error message that the info I entered does not agree with their info. Since I have kids flying in from all over, I called both DVC and the resort directly to make sure there isn't a problem with res. Both assured me the res is fine but I should just keep trying. One person suggested I try a different browser but same result. Early check-in works for every other hotel, airline, etc. Not sure why it is so difficult for DVC.

I have had a problem in the past year or so. Have you tried via the app? For me, it was just trying a few times over a couple of days and it finally went. Thankfully it wasn't too many tries otherwise I would have just waited to check in at the resort.

Really? What browser are you using. I’m using Chrome on iPad and android and I don’t see it.

It is happening behind the scenes (I am using Chrome and a PC) the data is not being displayed, but its being returned to the browser for anyone to see in the developer tools.

Disclaimer: I never looked at it before, just happened to catch it today, so it may have always been that way.

CM's have been able to see availability so it's probably always been there.

I'm sure its known(rooms available), but I would THINK they (CMs) should be using a different system than we are! Customer facing and internal facing are usually different - I do this for a living - kinda shocked

Although maybe the data is not as sensitive as I think
