Don't know if this is old news or not...just went to member website and was finally able to see annual statement info. instead of the message that the account needs attention (or whatever the previous wording was). It also has the link to pay balance online but I was disappointed that they didn't have Disney Visa Rewards Card as a payment option. Looks like I'll still have to give MS a call.
