You can skip over all of the messages except for the one where they are trying to sell you their
travel insurance. That one you must wade through, the rest you can just touch the number of the entry but which you must remember the entry number so you don't have to wait for them to give you the menu of choices. I use the insurance time to dig out my member card, so i don't really listen to it. I do agree, I think the junk messages are there to give a little distance between each caller. Kind of like a stop light on a freeway on ramp...
