Within the past two months, I have changed my reservation about 10 times and each time I've never had a problem.

You must book a lot of trips for people who aren't your family with the same last name. Our trips are always for the same people.

I've never had to call back on a reservation.

I've had tons of great experiences calling them.

Weird.

Ditto!! The only time I made multiple calls is when I was placed on a wait list.

It looks like 90% of time reservations are done perfect...
