DVC Member Login Site Issue?

When I signed into my DVC account last week I was asked to link my accounts. I had to call MS to get the required information to sign in. I thought the upgrades were very cool and the MyDisneyExperience had great potential. I just tried to access the site again and for the 4th time it is asking me to link my accounts. Has anyone else ran into this issue, am I doing something wrong? Getting frustrated with this.

I had the linking issue, got it fixed by calling DvC IT, things seemed fine onthe DVC site, but now when I log into disneyworld.com all my personal info (even my name) is missing and I get an error message when I try to upgrade my profile ... Guess I'll be calling again. I agree it's frustrating.

I just tried to log in, got the message to link my accounts. Of course I do not have the required one time activation code, nor do I have access to my original membership materials... LOL I sent an email to member services, but I assume a phone call will be required in the morning. I wish linking was not required, I just liked things the way they were... mostly because they were working just fine. LOL

It seems that this is the norm for go.com. They're always struggling with something. This time it's linked sites and logins, last time for me it was dining reservations that would lock up. You'd think that a company as big as Infoseek... er, Disney would be better at this.
I wish that they would spend less time on slow to load Flash web pages and more time on the nuts and bolts.

I linked my accounts too and called DVC and all that stuff and my DVC homepage is identical. Anyone else have that issue?

Haven't had linking issues (that I know of). But the site always seems so slow and error prone. It feels like it loads forever.

I was supposedly linked. I was logged into another site. Once I closed it, problem "solved".

Bumping this thread in case anybody else is having these issues.

Bought APs yesterday, so had to log in to my Disneyparks acccount for the first time in awhile. Then I tried to log in to my dvcmember account and it first gives me a screen that asks for my initial activation code (despite the fact I've had and used both of my dvcmember accounts for years), then kept giving me error messages on logging in, and suggestions to try to reload later (letting me log in, then not letting me use the site). When I come back to try to reload it tells me I've been "logged out for inactivity". :headache:

Grr. Logged out of the Disneyparks account, and it still gives me error messages on the member site, but at least it lets me log in to member site on another browser now ...
