DVC member login portal.... experts needed!

OK,

I received my PIN today, registered, and logged into the member section. I was hoping to see some information regarding my existing reservation in May. Can you not actally "manage" your existing reservations? I see requests to make a ressie, I see a request to wait list but that is all. I was hoping to see more options available, such as when you manage your bank account online. Anyone?

Log into the DVC site and then look over on the left hand side of the menu. Click "My DVC". You will see options under that like "points". Then scroll down and you will see "vacation details" among other choices. That is the area that I think you are looking for.

Basically, all you can do online is look (not change, add or cancel).

The options you mention are basically email messages that end up with MS.

FWIW, I think it is better to call to make reservations than to use email.

Have you already closed? I've been waiting for mine but I didn't know if I had to wait until after closing. Thanks!

I haven't closed yet. Bought my points 1/28 and paid deposit. Received paperwork 1/30. Signed paperwork and sent back 2/1. Received PIN 2/8. I haven't heard back from financing yet, but not expecting to for a while because of all of the contracts they had at the end of the month. I was able to make my vacation reservation and bank my remaining points right after I received paperwork and had my # though!
