DVC member from Lynn or Saugus, MASS

Each morning I have noticed a green Subaru SUV on Walnut Street, Saugus/Lynn displaying the DVC member plates. Who is that member.
I have a green Volvo wagon with a DVC plate however I can not display a plate on my Mercedes since it has the newer plates and they need to be on front and rear.

I will flash the lights next time I see you.
