DVC Member Day Is Tuesday

Check out the Members' Only website for details on the special Member Day activities on Tuesdays from July 1 through September 2. Special activities at the Boardwalk followed by a barbeque gathering at the Dunes Cove pool at BCV.

We will be there two Tuesdays in July. Hopefully one of them I can get hubby to go and consider an add-on. Don't forget your green ribbons. We will be at BCV 7/13 - 23

Wouldn't you know, out of the five trips in a year we have scheduled, the one during this period is is the one in which we aren't staying on points at a DVC resort. So we won't get the schedule of events which it states you will get at check-in.

I might try to swing by just to see what is going on, but I feel like it will just be a disappointment. Very happy with our DVC units, but as far as any real "perks" in addition to our accommodations I just don't count on them at all. Just like the current Fairytale Package promotion -- not a good deal for either DVC owners or annual passholders. I picture a major sales pitch with perhaps a token for owners. (It even mentions the barbecue is at an additional charge, for instance.) But maybe I will be wrong and it will be something very informative with lots of fun and goodies. I guess we'll see soon!
